THANK YOU to my customers who took the time to give me a review on Google over the past 8 years. It was always really hard for me to get clients to give a review. You guys did that for me. I know exactly who you are. I had 25 – 5 star reviews. I photographed over 1,200 people just in the month of December in 2023. I have photographed a lot of people. From all the thousands of people I have photographed in 10 years I had 25 reviews that were very important to me.
Unfortunately, Go- ogle deleted My Go – ogle Business profile. The Goo – gle robot ‘Sam- eera’ says it cannot be recovered because everything was permanently deleted last week (Sept 2024). The robot doesn’t know why – stating it was the Goog le algorithm that deleted my business – an active working business that received a review only 2 weeks before being deleted and had an email contact. There is essentially no human to speak to with Goo g le. I was never contacted.
It’s been a really hard summer. Along with the wild weather and economy slowing compared to 2021 – 2023, I also had my website hacked for about a week. Before it was hacked & fixed I was already shopping for a wordpress repair to fix errors. The Goog le business profile was deleted after the website was fixed. I also had to replace my expensive 24-70mm ‘workhorse’ lens (the one I use at every shoot) from old age and lots of outdoor photoshoots in the sun and on the beach.
Takes a lot to run a business, but at least I had reviews to help me be seen in search results.
Now I start over. If you’re a new client that loved your images and the experience with me……………….. or if you’re a returning client that either left a review without me hassling you, or a client I asked 10 times –
